Ya, long time didn't update this blog and it is time to do something on it now.
Finally I get my medical report and reassure that I am still healthy. I was so worried after going for the mantoux test. The nurse was shocked when she took my reading "Wah,kenapa besar sangat?"My reading was 15mm! Friends told me that normal people won't exceed 10mm. I was so much afraid that I would be diagnosed with TB and couldn't pass the medical check-up. Luckily, I do not have TB.Maybe it was those bacteria which made the wound became so big.
On the other hand, I hate the feeling when people do not blessed you for studying oversea. I can understand and appreciate the advices given, but I seriously cannot accept the fact that some people just like to pour cold water on me.
"Why go to so far away to further study?' (do you think I have other choices?!)
"Why didn't choose medicine at the first place?It is much better to be a doctor!Studying Mathematics won't make money"(I like figures, I don't like biological facts so much plz)
"US there very dangerous le. Don't get shooted by people later." (If I do not offend anyone, will I get shooted?)
It would be perfectly fine if you do not wish me luck, but don't ask me these types of questions anymore. I definitely can take it as jokes, but it would be a kind of sarcasm if you keep repeating the same things.
I won't give you an answer to all these questions. I won't shoot back because I respect the freedom of speech. Maybe a moment of silence will be better than giving all these sarcastic remarks.So. please stop it.
