It is Friday!

Today, I went to Malacca again. Malacca seem to be a good alternative for Muarians.

At first, Shi Hwee planned to go to K-Mall (previously known as K-Mart). But his bother changed plan at the last minute and we headed to Malacca without informing our parents. They were at first intended to keep the trip as secret because they were worried that their mum wont allow them to drive a car there. Shi Hwee's mum called her halfway and a slip of tongue revealed everything. They tried to hide it by creating stories, like we were watching movie at Muar and going to Tanjong after movie. At the end, they admitted everything after going home. The two siblings are really fantastic. Next time we can drive a car everywhere since the trip today proved that his brother can actually drive to a place thousands miles away.

Well this time we went to Mahkota and Dataran Pahlawan again. Shopping and eating around are the easiest way to spend our free time. And I get my touring plan done on the way back to Muar. We realized that we have not been to Ledang and Bukit Moh, which is just very near from Muar. So we are going there this coming holiday when everyone finishes exam. Shi Hwee even plans to tour around Peninsular, Thailand and Singapore. I guess this is one of the advantage of having friends from different states. So the main mission now is none other than collecting money. If the budget is not there, then have to come out with backup plan, which is to travel to nearby places only. And after the trip, Shi Hwee will fly off to Australia. Time flies like arrow again.

Big Apple. Malacca branch has more varieties of doughnuts.

Finally I am able to take picture with the two naughty boys.

I want

I want to cook but I am lazy to shop for ingredients and wash the utensils. I want to eat a lot of delicious foods but the weighing scale that sis just bought tells me that I am putting on weight. Life without nice food is so awful.

I want to listen to Jay Chou's songs but his album is not out yet. I want to watch horror movie but Muar's cineplex doesnt have any. I want to have a haircut but I found out that my hair is too dry and I am afraid that the hairstylist might scold me for not applying conditioner even though I do apply conditioner everytime I wash my hair. I want to get a job for the coming holidays but I am lazy to search for a job other than working at a kindergarten. I want to update my blog everyday but my life is too plain and drab. I want to go for tour but I do not know where to go.

I want to do a lot of things but I just do not have all the resources. Life is about trading off sigh.

2nd Visit

Sis at St.Paul Hill

The magnificent background view.

At a newly found excavation site near A'Famosa.

In front of the palace. We don't look alike. Why?!

This was my second visit to the historical sites of Malacca. The main purpose of this trip was none other than shopping at Pahlawan. But sis insisted to pay a visit to A'Famosa after buying our stuffs.

This time my shopping mood was back finally. It was weird to say that I didnt feel like buying anything when I went to shopping malls for the past few months. I guess stress was too overwhelming last semester and I left with not much money too. However, budget was not longer the constraint this time since sis paid everything for me except the bus fares. How I wish there will be another similar trip next time hehe.

There were quite a lot of branded shops in Dataran Pahlawan but people seem to favor Padini more than the other stores. The shop assistants must had a hard time arrange back the shirts after the customers left. It was quite interesting to find out that most of the sales assistants are guys and I can see this trend elsewhere. Besides this, the cinema located at fifth floor had given us much troubles actually. Since lift service is not provided there, we can only use escalator to reach the cinema. So it is like people have to exercise a bit first before they can enjoy a nice show.

The second visit to historical sites didn't disappoint me as I expected. I thought it would be very boring to revisit the same places after one and half a month. Maybe having a tour with family brings different feelings and excitements. We didn't have any camera with us, so I can only use my lousy hp to take some pictures. It is time to get myself a camera and my mission now is none other than collecting money. Climbing up the staircases to St.Paul Hill is definitely a good exercise because we really sweated a lot after we reached there. For the palace, I found no more surprise since all the items on display are still vivid in my mind. On the other hand, I managed to buy some things at Jonker Street finally. This trip  was really a meaningful one.

All The Best

Ya it is the day. The day I had to bit farewell to my fren and the day I wont be able to meet her for another coming year.

Kinda sad when I saw her walked into the departure area. But I know this is the door to her bright future. We are here to bless her and encourage her, but not to deter her from chasing dream. She was tough, she didn't cry. She smiled all the ways and I am glad that she was not influenced by my teasing. The day before she flied off, I told her that she would definitely cry when she flies off. But I knew I am totally wrong when she didn't drop a single tear at the airport. I hope I have this courage next year but I myself know clearly that the possibility is almost zero. Airport is just not the place for me. I am too afraid to face that type of situation. Not even dare to think of it.

Well distance won't be a problem to us. We are still close to each other even though we cnt drink and chat at the same venue. But it is so cruel to accept the fact we won't be able to meet you during the next gathering. Luckily, Muar cafes are quite decent nowadays with wireless service. I know we can always bring our laptop whenever we have any gathering, and we can see face-to-face without any difficulty.

Fren, you have done a good job. Keep up with the hard work and be a successful doctor. As usual, keep in touch and all the best!We are gonna miss you!Do miss us too. Have a safe flight.

Specially for My Beloved Friend

This post is specially dedicated to Yu Xin who is going to fly off tomorrow.

I came across this fantastic girl since primary school. She is talented, intelligent and friendly. There were several gangs in class and guess what? We did not belong to the same gang. I seldom talk with her. Even if we talked, the conversation revolved around homework and nothing to do with private stuffs.

We had been in the same class for five years during primary school. And we extended our classmate relationship to secondary school. I still remember we were still not that close at that time. Since she sat behind me in class, there were more chances for me to talk with her. She was a prefect, and sorry to say that my other friends and I always broke the rules by eating in the class during break. It was definitely hard to give warning to your friends when they break the rules. But we didn’t realize that and just stubborn enough to ignore her warning haha.

It was until form 4 that we started to fool around. People always say form 4 life is just like honeymoon and I strongly agree that even though the teachers kept advising us not to believe the hearsay. The class is so small that we sat close enough to each other. We liked to gather around several tables and finished our homework. While doing homework, we liked to gossip, crap and discuss about our future. It was this small class policy that gave me the chance to know more deeply about her. She is not that strict and reticent as I used to assume before this. She can crap better than anyone of us, and sometimes we just liked to poke fun at her rumor with her admirer (We still like to do this right now). She is the one who inspire our spirits and she is also the one who can stand our teasing.

Friend, I never believe that two years (should be 13years exactly) of time can be that fast. It is like we were gossiping in class yesterday and now I am typing a farewell post. Times really flies and I am never a good competitor in this race.

Have a good starting in Czech and be a good doctor in years to come. We are always here to support and encourage you. All the best!

No more tears plz

It is so intimidating to lose any sense towards the wonderful stimuli of the environment. I thought I am going to be deaf very soon. To cut it short, a firecracker explode just beside us while were taking dinner. The explosion was so loud that my left ear become deaf temporarily. I couldn't hear any sound using my left ear and I knew I relied on right ear only to hear my friend's voice. The irresponsible guy played firecracker in the evening without considering that his playful mind might injure people. What if his firecracker fell just on above dining table? The distance was so near that I might become deaf anytime and more importantly, lose a good friend of mine? Mik Xin was just sitting in front of the firecracker and she might get hurt if the firecracker fell on her body. The guy is too ridiculous!

I rubbed my ear and pinched my nose to gain back my hearing. I knew I had to try everything before the doctor certifies that I will be deaf in years to come.... It was very fantastic to know that I could hear voice using my left ear finally. The echo was stil there, but it was much better than hearing nothing. All absurd possinilities came across my mind:I need to buy myself a hearing aid in the future and I need to go through a series of medicine or even take uncountable tablets of medicines. The experience was so dreadful that I swear not to sit around that area anymore. It was also the area where Shi Ying was bitten by a poisonous mosquito and suffered from swollen leg for several days.

There is no doubt that the first person that comes across your mind when you meet with a mishap is the person that you appreciate the most. The person that you want to talk to in order to cool down yourself, the person that will always be there to share your happiness and sorrow. I am glad I ave found more than one which are none other than my lovely mum and sis. Sis called me the time she received my msg. She joked with me to make me laugh again. I scolded her for teasing me but I know she did it for my own sake. Mum called the next minute, "Can you hear me?Can you hear me?". She was so nervous on the other side of the phone that I was on the verge of dropping tears. I gave her a lame excuse and asked her to call me after a while. I could barely continue any conversation with her. Never cry on phone even when I first came to Inti.

So now I have to refrain myself from using any earphone in these few months. I want to let my eardrum to get back its best elasticity.  I don't want to have any side effect after this. But I know even if I have any side effect, Miss Charlotte will be there to treat me hehe. So people if I can't hear you instantly, do forgive me. Hope everything will back to normal very soon.

Adorable Kids

Didi are two years old currently. Can sing hit songs without any difficulty and like to draw a lot. U name the shape like triangle and circle, he can draw it in a blink of eyes.
He likes to play puzzle a lot and I am looking for more Mickey Mouse puzzle for him now.I guess he will be a patient guy when he grows up.

This handsome guy is Jia Yie who are five years old. Good in language but bad in Mathematics. Can read up a story book of hundred words effortless. Love to imitate his teachers "Don't be naughty. If not, I beat you". The adults like to praise him for being a handsome kid and his friendly smile. He is a loyal supporter of Transformer.

This lovely girl is Karen, my god sister. And they chubby guy in yellow shirt is my god brother, Ming Chuan. Mum took care of them since they are young.Times flies like arrow and both of them are growing up now. The two siblings come to our house during weekend and we always like to fool around, creating noise and laughter. Ming Chuan used to be as naughty as Jia Yie when he was young and I used to be the victim of bully case haha. For Karen, she is more obedient and likes to share her school story with us. The first thing that sis and I like to do when she comes to our house is none other than taking picture with her.
Owh I miss these children so much. I had not met them for more than three weeks. The two boys went to Australia during my sem break and their absence made my holiday drab to some extent. Their boisterous behaviors, their lovely sound and even their cryings are so vivid in my minds right now. They like to call me "Jia Jia Jie Jie" and tag along wherever I go. I might lose patience when they are naughty, but they are the one who help me to reminisce my good childhood times. Playing with them makes me feel young, or should I say childish? They are undoubtedly better accompanies than laptop and TV drama.
I am anticipating the one week raya break.Hope I can play puzzle together with didi, read story book together with Jia Yie and help Karen to tie her hair.

thrilling call

Today is the most productive day of this week in the sense that I had truly enough sleep and enjoyable drama marathon. Came back from class at 10 and I started my drama marathon. After this, I had a nap before heading for lunch. Spent the whole afternoon watching drama and not to forget a rejuvenating nap. Am I able to indulge in this type of life after this?Hopefully the possibility is there.

Yesterday talked with Jyo on phone. She brought her handphone along with her to US. The idea to call her came across my mind and I tried to phone her while we chat on msn. It was such a great surprise that she was able to answer my call. Owh there had been such a long time I didnt hear her sweet voice. So we talk on phone for quite a long time without noticing that Jyo's handphone credit was approaching zero slowly. The connection failed halfway and it was at that particular moment that we discovered that Jyo had to pay for the phone bill actually. Really feel sorry for wasting her money since we can always talk face-to-face via msn. It was such a thrilling experience to try out this plan! All in all, I have to equip my laptop with a webcam. The laptop is obsolete with no webcam and bluetooth. It is really time to upgrade it without much hesitation.

Food

Classic Pizza of Italiannies. It is not as nice as the Smoked Salmon Pizza that we ate last time.

Dip the bread into the olive oil. It taste so nice!

Mushroom soup. 100 times nicer than Pizza Hut's.

Kah Yee, Justin and I posting.

Penne Bolognese. Macaroni with sliced meat. Not up to our expectation though.

Chicken Sphagetti. The texture is like "mi sua"-too soft and there is no need chew. The shrip sphagetti is still the best.

sushi time

the cold octopus.

Unagi. I miss the Ipoh crispy unagi

Free

New semester has started. Since it is a short semester with two subjects only, the timetable is not as packed as last semester's. This is the first time I has nothing to do in the room, starring at the laptop screen, surfing some random websites with no specific target and watching some videos. I start to afraid of this type of life. Maybe it takes several days before all things back to normal.

Though I just come back here for one day only, I am looking forward to the one week hari raya break. Kind of homesick this time because I had stayed in home for quite a long time. It definitely takes time to readjust myself back to the life of waking up early in the morning, attending class, finishing homework, etc. But how long will I take this time?

Biology lecture had started today. It had been two years time I didn't study Biology and I took time to recall back some of the terms while the boy behind answered the lecturer's question in a glimpse of eye. Maybe he had just finished his SPM study and the knowledge is still vivid in his mind. But I could I forgot all the things that I memorized by hard during secondary school? For me, Biology is quite an interesting subject compared to Physics. Now I am still holding this perception because all my friends are taking Biology and they talk about anatomy during gathering. I guess Biology must be very lively.

And during Malaysian Studies, we were given our first assignment and due date is within two weeks time. The progress must be very fast in a short semester. I was able to witness how Raymond used the word "quote quote" and "this and that" like what Jyo Lyn mentioned in her blog before this.
